AT&T wireless?
I currently have ATT wireless, I don't suggest getting a phone. They double billed me one month... my bill was $560! I called and they immediately made excuses for the problem and fixed it... then, the next month I was trippled billed.
I went over my minutes, and had a huge bill, so they called and suggested I back date my plan to more minutes so my bill won't be so high. Cool. I called, was on the phone 45 minutes, talked to 4 different people to be told they weren't going to do it, and that nobody ever calls to warn customers.
Just so happens that when my ex husband was talking to them the answering machine was recording (cause that thing is weird), So i played the message back to them...and they backdated the bill, and upped my plan, but my bill was still around $360.00
Not to mention, I was promised after 7pm it was free, they said they don't do that and it was free after 9pm
My friend works for ATT wireless, so I went to him, he got me the phone, and he was trying to correct everything, things he promised me with my plan, problems etc etc... he was looking through the notes and they wrote that I was hostile, rude, and I was trying to scam ATT. Not to ever give me free minutes and I am an obitual complaining customer. I think I might be cancelling my plan very soon. I'm thinking about writing the CEO myself, and explaining my extreme disliking for them.
