somebody told me about this file and web site-

for some reason i did not wanna download that file and install it on my computer.

does anyone know any background info. about that file and the site?

you will need to download and install the bit torrent client. you will need to find bit files on the web. Its a direct peer to peer download. while downloading the file it also uploads at the same time, so files are easier to down, because everying is sharing.

After you finish a bit torrent download, if you leave the download window open it will allow other people to download that file from you. This is important because Bit Torrent has a rating system, the more you share (ie leave the download window open) the more peers you can download from, increasing the amount of bandwidth you use. If your rating is high, you can get really fast downloads depending on your internet connection
