Top Gear: Opinions
Great episode this week. I am continually astounded at well engineered large engines. 50mpg in a twin turbo V8, with Jeremy at the helm?
The Stig is (arguably) aways the best actor. I expected that lap time out of the Vyron, if not slower. I really hoped for a massive 4 wheel powerslide.

What was goin' on with you guys this week, no one to represent S2k in the crowd? I expected this or this. So are you a cock with running shoes in an S2k or Impreza Turbo? That had to have been scripted, but the joke on May was worth it.
And a shout out to our American friend

Excellent episode last night. I was beginning to think that they couldn't do a traditional car review either. Now I have a strange urge to buy a Fiesta. And you know the odd part? Jeremy's review was way more informative than a magazine article could be, or any other TV show review. He described more real spirited driving on his "indoor" track than other shows do on their outdoor private track.
I was on the edge of my seat waiting to see if an S2000 was in Richard's pile of cards for his embarrassment poster. At least he gave the Caterham a proper though short review; that thing is sickeningly awesome. The Veritas was lame as well told, I guess it would have been rude of them to cut its air time in favor of more of the Caterham.
On a side note, this episode was one of the first I watched with my new phones, and I am still impressed by the quality of the audio on this show. Much better than any other show, and the rip by RiVER is of great quality. I also decided that Hammond is possibly the best speaker as far as phonically that I know - not that I'm his fanboy. His radio experience and tonal superiority show through when compared to crap American stuff. May and Clarkson are very skilled but have a bit less of that natural speaking voice. I might be able to stand a audio book by Hammond, but I couldn't watch him for very long.
