To the OP, a regular exercise routine with cardio and maybe with weights too. I started this again 8 weeks ago and have lost little weight,but have had a good shift in my body, bigger muscles and less fat. Looks much better.
I have heard from many people that this works very well.

ROFL!!!! Although I do agreed with you and this commercial. However, genetically we have been preselected. Not to say that it's directly link to being fat, but some of us can eat whatever we want and can't even gain weight while some will stack on if they even look at the food.

Funny as hell though, who would have guess you can lose weigh be eating less!! Sometime we try to take the easy way without looking at the most logically and obvious one.
