exercise will not loose you any weight in comparison to changing your diet.
10lbs should not be a big thing, you got to let go of the food that got you where you are now and needs be done in a sustainable way.

To the OP, a regular exercise routine with cardio and maybe with weights too. I started this again 8 weeks ago and have lost little weight,but have had a good shift in my body, bigger muscles and less fat. Looks much better.

Funny as hell though, who would have guess you can lose weigh be eating less!! Sometime we try to take the easy way without looking at the most logically and obvious one.
