unlimited means theres a limit.
My sister found out that T-mobile charged her for exceeding her text message limits. yet she has unlimited text messages. 1441 was her "limit" of texts. and her friend was charged by verizon for going over her "unlimited" data plan.
anyone else run into similar issues?

Yeah, they always cap those bitches. ATT "unlimited" data plans are capped at 5gigs or something. But as soon as you point out it says unlimited, they should refund your monies. 1441 seems like a really low number though. My girl can easily hit 4000 in a month, and she's on T-Mobile.
I'm with t-mobile, I've never had that issue and I usually send 100-200 text a day, teather, and use my phone for internet. Have her call customer support, they are usually pretty willing to help you fix the issue.
You sure its not unlimited T-Mobile to T-Mobile? Have to read the fine print on what you signed up for. Verizon had a bunch of people upset about unlimited Calling for their IN program - unfortunately, the people didn't read it was to Verizon wireless numbers not just any number (the IN program has since been pulled).
