Around here, cops are generally lazy with their radar. They don't use instant-on often, and when they do, they tag lots of cars giving you the chance to pick up the guy ahead of you getting pinged.

When I'm driving without my V1, I kinda feel like I do when riding my motorcycle without a helmet: Extremely Venerable!
