OK, had to post it. I know a lot of people (myself included) hate seeing Civic Type Rs and the like, but I saw a car that may top them all. I saw an older Nissan Z (pre 240ZX), rusting away, mostly painted with primer, that had stickers on the back: BMW 328is. And on front, where the roundel would go, a BMW sticker (just the letters BMW). How dumb is that?!

Are you sure that wasn't really a Z3 rusting away?

 

I think I'm going to try and get a picture of it when the weather gets nicer and I can go for another jaunt through town... Wouldn't want the owner to think I was casing his Beemer out

Quite awhile back I saw a del Sol sporting an 230 SLK badge on it's right rear flank, being driven by a gentleman old enough to have gray hair.

I've seen guys in their 20's with gray hair so that doesn't say much. Poor brother-in-law only 26
