I had the same sick feeling but this time I was able to keep my bladder under control. It wasn't til that incident that I was able to connect the dots.
Since then, whenever I go to just about any restaurant, Asian or not, I ask if they use MSG and if they do I leave. I don't need to go through that again.

Then you would go to court and testify that you revidence is you peeing on the bed!!! LOL
