I read that. Very good book honestly and I'd recommend not only to Christians but also non-Christians. Don't quote me on this but I personally think, to me, I WON'T find a purpose in my life without my religion. Anything I seek, at first it will be fresh, then eventually it will be routinized and I'll feel desolate again. The end. No debate please.

Btw Scot, what's your purpose in the off-topic thread? To create as many philosophical questions as possible to get people writing essays?

Kind of agree.

But you could die any day. I live my life so that I'm content in case that happened any day. It wouldn't be my preference, but I'm proud and happy with what I've done in my non-s2ki.com life thus far... I just keep trying to extend on that daily.

Scot, what do you fine your purpose as? Is your "purpose" to do something good for the world? If so what is doing something good for the world exactly? Is it to live life to the fullest? What defines living life to the fullest?
