I have been in and out of lifting weights for the last 5 years.

I have tried creatine and have been pleased with the results.

However I will never touch creatine again. There have been several reports of it being linked to kidney damage. I may have suffered as a result of it. The simple fact is that it has not been used as a supplement for long enough for anyone to be sure of its long term effects.

For the last year and a half i've been going 6 days a week Max-OT style. Heavy weight low reps... each bodypart only once a week. I blew out my already bad right shoulder last April... but have strenghtened it and thickened it over the last 6 months. I don't take any supplements except flax seed oil which I drink out of the bottle. I tried cell-tech creatine but it mde me puffy

I workout 6 days a week. The gym is my home away from home. Get's rid of my stress and problems. I've been working out at the same gym for like 5 or more years, so I've met alot of people there. Thus sometimes I can be at the gym for like 3 hours or so (an hour talking to different people).

I workout a body part twice a week. Some people will be skeptical on this routine, but i've tried it all in my years of working out. It depends on your own body. I know how my body can take it. It makes me laugh when some people criticizes others on their routine. Remember, it all depends on that person's body.

I know alot of people up there that do roids. I'm sorta happy with my size, but would like to gain 15 more lbs. I'm happy with no zits on my back or face. (signs of roids). I feel complimented when my friends call me steroids boy or whatever. Feels good to know you acheive your body without using steriods.

I get new people at the gym that come up to me out of no where and ask what i'm on or taking. I've tried most of the supplements out there. Right now i'm just eating alot and doing alot of cardio (trying to play ball every other day or run on the treadmill). It's hard to gain muscle mass and maintain a six pack.

Working out has so many benefits. You look good when you look at urself in the mirror, you feel good about yourself, and of course, Chicks dig it!!! It sets you apart from other guys at the clubs or bars. Rather be at the gym then sitting on the couch and watching tv or whatever.

Four times a week for me, I also try and eat right.

Day 1 - Chest and Triceps
Day 2 - Biceps and Shoulders
Day 3 - Back
Day 4 - Legs

Alternating days I do abs / lower back, obliques.

It is paying benefits, I look pretty good for an old fart.

having a good physique says a lot of other things about you too... its shows that you:

1. value your health
2. are DISCIPLINED
3. are physically active
4. motivated

All good qualities to have...especially during the courting ritual
