I am not really sure if you have a point or not 
My argument has been people in this country need to take responsibility for their OWN actions. Not searching for other people to take the heat.
My point is actually pretty simple. If you choose to own an animal, be it a dog, cat, snake, chimp or whatever you better be sure you can control it and prevent it from harming others. Owning any type of animal means accepting responsibility for its actions.
