We replaced my wife's CRV (01) battery with a Costco one ($70), seems to be working great. My S has a NRG Original battery which cost more ($160 shipped with modified J bolts) but saved 15lbs of weight from OEM.

 

I just put an Optima Yellow Top battery in my car yesterday. I have used the Yellow and Red tops in the past and have had good luck. I paid 144.00 for mine, and can get them delivered to my work. :-)
