Vtec fix!
I have a confession! I am an addict! A intervention is not out of the question.
For the last two weeks I have been slipping into a state of mind which a new DARK PASSENGER has been talking to me,constantly urging me on!
The previous night as I finish my last cigarette,knowning that in the morning,an excuse has been made to visit my fix!The inevitable is assured!
7am, awake jittery,eyes darting back and forth,drawn uncontrollaby to the whispers from the garage. Shorts,shirt ,shoes hoodie and wallet already half way there!
Out the door to the garage,face to face with the source of my addiction,my DARK PASSENGER calls me! I cannot resist the temptation.I must submit!
I settle in behind the wheel,still out of sorts.Hit the red button knowing soon my uneasiness will soon be transformed to uncontrolled delight!
Guage sez two bars of heat,time to busy.
At the light turning left towards the sun,
Ease around the corner,1st to 2nd,tach up to 4k and hold it there for a brief time admiring the symphonic sounds,then stabbing it,5k,6k,then the unmistakeable surge and change in the exhaust note,scenery becomes a blur,7k,8k, 3rd gear,repeat,4th and so on!
Things begin to clear,I 'm suddenly at ease,no more twitching,everything makes sense. All things are good!
My fix has been temporarily quenched.'
I light a cigarette as I leave the store knowing that my DARK PASSENGER will soon call me into action again!
But for now All is well!

Thanks Man. The place does seem a little dead. Some kick the habit,others are addicts for life!Such as yourself. Appreciate all the help with the latest addiction. Looking forward to the meet!

Sorry, ain't happening. I've had it off for six weeks and I miss it. It was nice going top down but going HT again starting Dec. 1st. I'll take it off in the springtime again for 6 weeks. When I got it back in 2007, I went 2 years before taking it off.
