Looking forward to having movies on the next long plane trip too.
I would definitely buy one instead of a netbook just for this.

I messed with it twice for a good 10-15 minutes each time (used it to browse S2ki, hahah. But I feel like I need to borrow it and apply it at home and use it in the environment that I would be using it, not just laying on a table at the Apple store ya kno? Wanna loan me yours? jk.

Since I just made a phatty purchase earlier tonight (info elsewhere), I'll probably be waiting for the 2nd gen.

A dlink n router. It's fast but drops out a bit too often for me to recommend.
Informed Professional Opinion: It isn't the router.

Factual note:

It drops on my XP laptops too.

You're not just grouchy because Apple's market cap is > than MS, are you?

Congrats, Richee - one of the nicest Berlinas out there.

dlink sucks liggy. i'd recommend a buffalo router, which will come stock w/ dd-wrt firmware starting in June. or just pick one up that's dd-wrt flashable.

if you have an iphone, i'd say the ipad is just a toy and completely unnecessary (i hate carrying multiple gadgets with me). if you're carrying a crackberry (like jeff) then i could see some value in picking up an ipad for them excessive business traveler types.

Dlink definitely sucks!

I resemble the remark - "excessive business traveller"

Alaska/horizon should name a freaking plane after me. MVP for 21 years and MVP Gold for the last 6. 27 years of frequent flying
