If you want to use that top, just buy the replacement plastic window from honda. It zips in. Not that hard of an install.

 

I saw a honda dealer selling the glass top for 732.05. address is www.pattypeckhondaparts.com. authorized honda dealer and you could call your local dealer and see if they would match. I would without question put in the glass top. I replaced mine with glass and the new S I just bought which is an 02 of course had glass already. It's really a no brainer.
