It won't... they don't want to hurt RSX Type S sales. They also don't want a Civic with a 7,900 RPM redline when they're "flagship" sports car is only 8,000 rpm

Call me shallow, but I'd rather have something a little slower and a lot better looking.

I too have driven this SiR and I must say, it is a pleasure to drive.

Honda has shift linkage down for the right feel, and as the shifter comes out of the dash like a rally car the position is just great. When I got in the car I looked at that shifter and really wondered about it, but once we were off the driving experience was great.

As a die-hard CRX-Si fan that still owns one I felt right at home in the SiR. I will admit it takes a while to get used to that much front window, but like I said, you get used to it.

Now as far as space is concerned, this is where the little sucker really shines. I have ridden in the back seat and it is plenty comfortable, and when the back seat is folded down and you open the hatch, WOW, now there is some space.

The only other thing that jumps to my mind is I love the front seats. The fabric is some weird high-tech fabric, and if you did not know it was fabric you could easily get fooled into thinking it was some kind of leather suede.

Great car for sure, and a blast to drive.

My car will be in the shop for more problem fixes so I'll have to check these little bad boys out, perhaps test drive one if possible.
