Yes, I believe your bumper has to be at a certain height. I think Asif can elaborate on that rule.

This means you'd have to take off the bumper cover to actually measure the distance from the bottom of the bumper beam to the ground. Even a lowered S2000 is still going to have 40 cm between the bottom of that beam and the ground, I would imagine.
