Default Shaving engine bay

I've pretty much narrowed this down to Evercoat rage gold or metal glaze. What do you guys recommend for smoothing out my welds in the engine bay and a few other areas of the car.

I like quantum the best, rage is good too, and i hate metal glaze. The thing about the quantum is it's an epoxy based filler, much better for bare metal spots, sands twice as fast and it doesn't shrink. But it's a little funny to spread and done best with the metal spreaders it comes with. Trust me don't use metal glaze soupy pain in the ass, gums your paper hard to feather out. I have a friend that swears buy it and I swear he's crazy. Hop this helps.

I ended up buying rage extreme, it was only a $6 difference between rage gold and extreme. I'm actually taking a break from applying it as I type this...

If you are planning on using something in the bay keep in mind it will flex a little which my cause some cracking. I used evercoat flexible polyester glazing putty and it's supposed to be able to flex up to 45degrees. Just my opinion though.

I am using the filler to clean up all the areas I welded and am also applying it very thin. This (hopefully) should prevent any cracking.
