The Tarox or AP kit? cause the Tarox from my research probably are the easiest to fit as they fit the stock rims.

I've seen this kit around 1700E, so way cheapper that any others. It's more or less the same braket as spoon calipers with a good set of rotors.

My question is how much better they are ? Are the gain in performance and mostly endurance worth it ?

I've looked into this kit mainly because everything about this kit is made and designed by AP (the other S2k AP kits are parts taken from the AP catalog along with some custom bits). But it seems most vendors that sells this kit seems to be based in the UK. My concern was the pad choices for this kit. After some research, it turns out it uses same pad shape as the rear of the 09-16 Lotus Evora 3.5 so there should be plenty of choices. Also be aware even though the caliper is CP6637, it uses the CP6627 pad shape for the s2k. On a somewhat unrelated note, the CP6637 pad shape is the same for the rear of most McLarens barring the halo models.

But regardless, for about $3k, it's a pretty expensive kit that's undercut by a few vendors here with a better AP caliper. But also know this kit includes Ferodo DS2500 pads. While it is an upgrade, let it be known the caliper was designed for high performance/exotic road cars as opposed to track cars.
