Pad Recomendations
ATE super blue works great. Either way Motul or ATE, both will be works great on street/autoX.
Here is little info about brake fluid.

Figure i would throw something up now that I have gotten the car back on the road.
The CarboTech XP10/8 combo is insane! Bedding process was an adventure, they bite so hard! With what I would consider moderate brake pressure on stock pads, turns into an ABS trigger during bedding the pads.
They were quite dusty during bedding and once heat got in them the bite is great!
Looking forward to getting on the Auto-X course and braking late
Let the brakes cool down then went out to see how they do cold. Still have good behavior cold similar to stock which is good.
It does have that high performance pad squeak when you are almost at a stop
Sounds great!

xp10/8 are not street pads. they will not bite as hard as stock cold. theres no way. i run ax6 pads and they still take one or two stops to heat up.
the bad part is you will get nasty squealing on light braking, which most of us do in traffic. personally, after running these now, i will not be doing them again for the street. get a good track pad for the track, and oem for the street, maybe a carbotech bobcat.

When you say 10/8 combo are you saying front/rear? Also what did you pay?
I ordered them through Rick's accessories, price in cart was 20bux cheaper then listed on the site for some reason. I think it was a touch over 220 with shipping.
If you want them quick however Rick's is not the place. They have things dropped shipped and can take awhile... I think it took 3weeks to get my pads... I ordered them in advance of me needing them car wasn't even on the road until a week after I actually did the brake job, so it wasn't a big deal and I knew it would take a bit as I ordered other stuff from him before...

Already got the lines. Trying to decide on ebc yellow or Hawk HPS. Not sure what is better for the street and low dust. Any thoughts on the two?

for street its hard to beat oems. for track you have to buy accordingly.
