Had a repeating thud/vibration on throttle at higher loads, it seemed to be the worn out CV joint. I performed the CV swap left to right and I did see damage on the driver side CV joint as I have seen in Youtube videos. After doing the swap, now the thud/vibration is at twice the frequency and at even lower throttle applications, basically things became worse than they were. I am not sure what could've cause as everything was torqued/etc. I labeled the CV joints before I took the out to make sure not to mix them up either.

P.S. I also get a loud click now, which seems to be the undertorqued Axle nut issue, but I never even touched the Axle nut.

They haven't, because I inspected both CV cups and only had any damage at all.
