One thing to note is that the V1 detects radar from the front as well as the rear so a "full-install" may not allow a clear detection path for one direction or the other.

Check out the new radar/laser jammer from K40.com. They have bluetooth so it is wireless to the front from the back. It was has a remote so you could control the radar. Plus its a laser jammer.

And in case you haven't made up your mind/gotten one yet. I've got a Valentine that I'm about to try to get rid of because I'm moving back to VA... makes me very sad but could save you some dough...
still have the original box and the unit is about a year old....
