Same here. After I installed mine I washed the car and water got inside the driver side light. I then applied silicone to the gasket and haven't had any problems and its been over a year since I did the conversion.

I finished my install today. If you are reading this thread and planning on doing yours soon my recommendation is get the right tools for drilling. It gets so frustrating cutting away the body if you do not have the right tools.

I haven't painted body or used the sealant yet. That is next probably will do it later this week.

I'm really happy with the outcome. Thank you for starting this thread. )

no I did it without I bought the headlights for 300 brand new from an s2k member
