alarm recommendations?

I had my system installed by a NH shop that has an inflated sense of car alarm and audio installation capability: they were a bunch of hacks who took great pride in doing a "hidden install". That just means they made a rats nest of shit. Don't let some installer turn your wiring under your kickpanel into a rats nest in the name of "hidden install". They claimed it was to increase security but reality is if some car thief can get into your S's hood or kickpanel without the alarm triggering then you've already lost. The shock sensor and hood trigger should prevent that.

I know this thread is a little older but I am looking for an alarm that is very simple for my 2005.
I had a factory alarm on my 4runner that only siren if someone unlocks and opens any door without using the key fob. It is very simple, no radio communications and rarely it ever went off for no reason. I absolutely hate alarms that goes off whenever a big or noisy car comes rumbling by. I would like to add a sensor for the convertible, trunk and hood as well. Is there an alarm system as simple as this? Also I do not want to carry another key fob for the alarm, it needs to sense that the lock and unlock was through the factory key fob.
