Hey that's not bad looking. I'm in the market for a head unit so I guess I'll take a look at this one.

Nice. Have you used the new TuneIt app with it? Alpine released it for these newest head units and it will let you share eq settings and import them from other people with the same car and gear setup. About a dozen s2ks are listed in the app so far, but no ones sharing any settings yet, probably because the compatible head units are only just now shipping.

Right - they released the iPhone version of the app on the same day as the 147BT itself, but the Android app is lagging behind. They expect to have this wrapped up by the end of the month. Once that happens, I'd be happy to upload some S2K-specific settings for y'all.

I should be installing the HAT Imagine's, Alpine Power Pack, and Damplifier Pro this weekend. These stock speakers are useless!

Did any of you use Modifry's harness with this new headunit? I plan on ordering the 149BT soon and I assume it's very similar to the 147BT. I remember reading in the past about certain Alpines not working with the Modifry harness and wanted to make sure there are no problems with these new ones before I place my order. Thanks!

Did not mount the mic yet - I'm going to get around to that this weekend when I am tearing into my car again... But I was thinking the driver's side sun visor - no?

I have no issues whatsoever opening/closing the radio door. The fitment is perfect.

Yep - I have mine hooked up with a Modifry Plug-n-Play Alpine Harness and Wired DCI. Piece of cake to install!
