Default Alpine Type R Questions

Anyone have these?

What size etc, how much modification etc, do you like them?

I have an after market Pioneer radio that seems to pwn the stock speakers...

I have the Type R components and they're but you'll need an amp to get the best out of them as they're 110rms (the coaxails are 100).

They're not worth getting if you plan to drive them from your HU alone, IMO.

Size-wise you'll need the 6 1/2" ones and also door spacers to allow for the extra depth.
