Default Amp Help

I have a set of infinty kappa 60.5cs and they sounded great but distorted at higher volume. I installed a RF punch 400-2 amp pushing 100w to each speaker and now they will get louder and sounds great except for the bass. The bass sounds good but when it's a hard hit they distort more easily than before. How can I fix this. I am going to check and see if maybe the speaker is traveling too far and hitting the door panel. What do you guys think. Is this normal or not or am I just going crazy?

Did you properly tune the amp. Once you have tuned your optimum RMS to each speaker then you need to go back and set your high pass filters correctly.

Here, this is what I have always followed:
