The JL is 2ohm stable in 3 channel mode and 1.5ohm in a 4 channel state.
I am running my 450/4 in 2ohm on the front channels and 3 ohm on the rear

Brutewes, your AMP is stable in STEREO mode at 1.5-4 OHMs per channel.
If you bridge two channels together, that bridged channel should not have a load lower than 3 ohms.
Your Polk MOMO sub is perfect.
Awesome, the ohms make sense now.
My last question is would I be better off with a sub that is rated at 150 RMS as opposed to the Momo that ranges from 50 to 300 RMS. So in other words, since the amp only puts out 150 watts, would a sub that is rated at 150 watts sound better than one rated at 50-300?
I guess I could just hook it up and see how it sounds huh? hehe

Nope you would not be better off. Besides in the future, you could get another more powerful amp dedicated to the sub.
Also, when you say "sound better", box design has much more to do with SQ than power ratings in this situation.
