amp recommendations
Well, 1200W lets you plan for the future a bit more. Those subs are dual 2ohm, right? So you're going to either run them at 2ohms or 1/2ohm... I'd go with the 1200 or the 1500. The 1500 would give 400W/sub @ 2 ohms, the 1200 gives 300W/sub at 2ohms.
Really depends on listening needs.
I ran a IDMAX 12v2 which is rated at 1000RMS in my Element.. but even when I was driving it with a 300W amp. it was too much.
Now I have a Infinity perfect 10" with 300W amp and it is perfect.
If you want to go deaf then definitely get all 1000W on them.
Remember Open car like Cherokee don't need whole lot of power before you start loosing your hearing.. LOL..

Only time I ever ran 2 subs are when i ran 2 SQ 10" subs that needed 300W, They got plenty loud when I needed them to, most of the time I ran them at ~25%.
2 JLW6's will make you deaf for sure with 1200W
+1 for the alpine digital PDX's.. saw them at BestBuy and my jaw dropped at how small they were.. good for subs.
