I recently came across this unit, and saw it in a stereo store. I have been dying to find a nav unit that will fit in our radio bay's without having to remove the air vents above the cd player. (I put a double DIN nav unit in my 06 s2000 but don't want to go through that hassle again) I like the JVC nx5000 BUT this has a larger screen.

Anyway, see how this sits low and the screen goes down below where the unit actually is?

It has 3 tilt functions and because of that it would work OK but I just was wondering if anyone has installed one of these, reviews or opinions on if the door will close?

maybe if you remove the radio door and mount the radio further out

 

stttayyy away from that garbage.... mark my words if you buy that you will be replacing it within 2 months... they won't read all types of cds (yes I know it says it will) and they freeze...
