Maybe if you were more detailed about how/what exactly you are wanting to do, we could help..
But in the simplest way to answer, aftermarket head unit. I am not 100% sure if there is a way to
Add AUX to OEM head unit with out using an FM modulater.

If you only want "AUX", there is "P.I.E. Honda CD Changer Adapter Model HON03/PC-SON" for 04-08.
This is more expensive ($80.00) than "HON98-AUX Auxiliary Input Converter" for 00-03 models ($40).

I just installed one for my 04 last month and it was pretty simple. Just look for this forum "Is there a DIY headunit install guide for the AP2?" thread to figure out how to take our Headunit out. Then hook up the adapter to the back of HU (from passenger side as there is no room in the middle).

Or you could go for more expensive adapter with iphone connection. (you can buy a new HU for that price)

Being lazy, I just left the adapter in the net. I added an extra 12v power following our DIY forum.

Aftermarket Aux in as stated above. I'd suggest replacing the head unit, though, given the price but that's call that the OP needs to make.

So by doing the AUX do you lose your normal CD function?

No, I think these aux functions are built into most OEM headunit as either the "cd changer" or as an actual "aux" function, they just don't include the harness unless it's with OEM accessories (or in this case aftermarket/oem harnesses) There's usually an empty "expansion" harness slot for it.

In my experience these auxiliary interface adapters are a giant hassle. even more so with the limited space in the cabin. You'll spend maybe 50-100 bucks when you could just buy a brand new deck with bluetooth, mp3 capability, more watts, better everything and all the latest fancy gizmos and doodads. Throw in the Modifry DCI and you're good as stock but ready to rock.

You still have a CD player. You just get an extra MODE for a CD changer, thus the sequences are :"FM1-FM2-AM-CD-CDC". But I wonder what happens if you already have a CD changer? (CDC2 maybe?)

Aux adapter is still the cheapest option with least headaches. (well, for elecrtical-stuff-newbies anyway)
