Can someone help me
I am trying to find online, the cable that I can plug into my OEM headunit, so I can listen to my iPod. I have a 4th generation iPod Touch with os5. Everything I find mentions 2nd gen only, or os4, for what is compatible with it. Who actually has one, and uses it in their s2000? Im looking for your responses! Im ready to buy one now, I just cant find one
.
And Brett, dont move the thread, Im sure many other people may have the same question. I also wanted to get an answer, and not have to wait months for a response.

Why don't you call SoS and see if this will work: http://scienceofspeed.com/products/i...S2000/USASpec/
Im looking for someone with the part in their car, and having it working. I dont want to read about what someone says, I want hard fact. That is why I posted in s2000 talk, it gets the most traffic.
The peripheral IS77 will work and charge the ipod touch. Only difference is that it works via wired FM Modulator instead of plugging into the source. You could also try this Honda Ipod Interface that will charge, full control, and show text (as long as you have an MY06+ radio).

You need more than just a cable. You need an iPod interface or an aftermarket aux in. Plenty of options have been posted in the electronics subforum but I can't recall off the top of my head which interfaces support which generations of iPods/iPhones. You can always confirm with the manufacturer.
With an aux in compatibility isn't an issue. Though you'd probably want something like the PAC IS75 to charge and to provide a line out.
Then check the specs on the manufacturer's site.
The subforums exist for a reason. Do not post in the wrong subforum just for more traffic on any forum site. Why do you think you're so special that the rules don't apply to you?

I have a Honda link that I don't use anymore. It works sporadically with an iPod touch/iPhone. Sometimes you have to disconnect it and reconnect it to get it to work.
PM me if you're interested. I'll sell it cheap.
