Default Check out the finished box

ill get better pics in the daytime. i just finished 15 minutes ago

fiberglassed the entire tub, double baffled 3/4 mdf. the trim piece is two pieces in order to fit. havent measured the volume yet, but my guess is i have to stick some pieces of 2x4s in there cause i think there might be just a little too much space. time will tell though. the stock cd changer will go, just wanted to see how it looked.

my intro to the electronics forum. all work has been done by yours truely.

No need to fill it in if you have an excess of air space. It just lowers your F3 which is a good thing.

Depends on how/where you run the power wire, but 16 feet feet should be good, maybe 18 just to be sure. I either have 16 or 18 in mine running from the batt, across the engine bay, through the grommet under the brake booster, along the drivers side door sill (under the carpet/sill cover of course), then up under the soft top cover, over the fuel pump area, then down to the tool well. If you ran it down the pass side you could do it with a lot less cable, but the pass side is a great location to run signal and audio/speaker wires since there is no power wires over there normally..
