Default Check out my proposed system...

After owning this car for 1 day I know there is no way I can be happy with the system. Tell me what you think about these components:

Pioneer DEH-P5500MP MP3 Player (to go with my pioneer XM)

US Acoustics USX4085 Multi-Channel Amp
340W 4-Channel

Crystal CSc60t Component Speaker System (doors)
7" CSc Series with 1" Titanium Dome Tweeter

Crystal CSx510 2-Way Speaker
5 1/4" CSx Series Coaxial with Silver-Plated Silk Dome Tweeter (rollover hoops)

Pioneer CDX-P1280 Multi-Disc Changer
12-Disc IP-Bus CD Changer

I'm concerned about fitting the 7" speakers in the door as they are 2.75" deep and oversized. I'm planning on running 2 amp channels to the front speakers and driving the rear fill speakers with the head unit. The two extra channels on the amp will be used for a sub sometime in the future. For CD changer mounting location I was planning on the trunk or under the seat. Will the Pioneer head unit work with the DCI radio control module? Thanks.

Sounds good. Ive never heard of crystal....but you know what you are looking for, so no need for sales tactics. PJK3 has focals....hell be able to share more light on the depth issue...as focals are ungodly deep, but I know from experience, no way are the 7 inchers goin in without cutting. People will say put a spacer......but you will probly need one anyway to clear the depth.....however, 7" cone and 2.75 inch depth......with spacer....Im not sure that the door panel will go back on right(had this problem on friend's RSX)
Consider 6.5" and save yourself the headache. if you are putting in rears, you will be more than satisfied. Best of luck...post pics when done!!
