Here's mine. Modifry mount + Garmin Ball + OEM Motorola mount.

 

That's actually the Panavise mount. Modifry just resells them. The Modifry mount attaches to the right of the climate controls.

 

Do you guys think its more appealing to have the cell phone mounted next to the ac vent via modifry bracket or next to the headunit on the passenger side?

As far as functionality goes, I think it is easier on the eyes next to the AC vent as most of our cell phones will have around 4 inch screens. What do you guys think?

 

I agree with you it looks better next to the ac vent via modifry bracket cause the wire isnt really showing, but its def easier to see by the vents.

well.. the wires wont be showing the way I'm gonna run it.

 

I prefer by the AC vent like the Modifry bracket as it's not as far from my line of vision. However, I prefer the rigidity of the Panavise bracket (by head unit). Modify's has a lot more flex and it's made worse when you start attaching device holders and heavy devices.
