Can someone tell me how the dash control knob works? I don't have the manual when I bought the car. It seems that the circular dash controller can only be push in (at least that's all i can do). One would think that you should be able to move it to the right, left, up or down or did Honda design only so you can push it in?

 

Designed as a push-button only.

If you would like left/right/up/down capability, look up DJ Qube's dash mod...he implements a hat switch and hardwires your radio remote control to it.

 

it only goes in....I agree that the design could have been better, but aesthetically it matches the temperature controls
