the bottom pins are getting bent down, so not going into the holes.
just use a screwdriver or something to keep the horizontal as you push the bottom in - guide them into the holes and youll be fine.

 

Sorry it took a while to respond to. First off, thanks everyone for your help. I took off the Center Console so that I could have more room to work. I found that the door was SOOO much easier to take off with the center console out of the way. I pulled it off and inspected the bottom snap in screws. They were all bent but not broken luckily. I bent them back straight. With the room that I was given after I took of the CC I easily slid it back on and snapped it into place. Everything is back the way it should be. I just wanted to come back and give this thread closing because I've come across many threads and never get an answer while searching. Never know who else might have the same problem.
