Spring weather is here, and I've grown impatient waiting to raise funds to complete my system. I've decided to do it in steps. On Friday, I'm having the following installed:

Eclipse 8445 [with included aux RCA Plugs]
iPC-106 - iPod Adapter
SIRIUS - Antennae in the secret compartment

My next step will be an amp and Focals.

The manual for the iPC-106 claims complete compatibility with all 2005 and 2006 heads. 2004 will work, however you have to choose between the iPC or SIRIUS. You can't have both.

The iPod wire is 5 ft. It appears to be tight to get it back to the glove box between the seats.

I came to the conclusion it would be foolish to set-up a system in this price range now, and not account for an iPod. I decided to go this route as opposed to the RCA's due to battery charging. It seems like my iPod charge fails me at the most critical times!

Does anyone have any cool S2000 Eclipse animation to share?

I'll be happy to answer any questions on the iPC-106 as I've RTFM.

A MASSIVE thank you for everyone who's published photos of their system. I have exact pictures of what I want the installer to do. Your shared experience and ideas have helped tremendously. I'm able to give step by step instructions, too!

hey buddy....can you ask your installer about the compatbility of this Ipod unit with the Eclipse AVN-5495 (double din deck)?

I have this deck going into my s2000 under surgery right now but it's not definite on the website.
