ill try the side mount sub keeping the panels the same. and if the ratteling gets better ill keep it that way. now im just waiting for the sub to come in and ill have to eventually order your box. can u make one w/o the strap on it? and would i have to send the sub to you, because you mentioned that u needed the screw to bite into some extra wood or something.

mine was sent on friday and i got it on wednesday (to DC). i'm guessing 5 days would be normal.

they will give you a tracking number if you ask them.

Glad they both made it so quickly. One thing I love about FEDEX "Home Delivery" (as opposed to UPS Ground and FEDEX Ground) is that they do Saturday deliveries and always beat their estimated deliver dates.

If the strap is a little tight turn out the lock nut a bit (essentially lengthens the strap)

PJ - budget 6 hours, but it should only take you 2-4 (leaves some additional time for beer, a snack, etc..)

Actually the sub/enclosure I originally posted was SC's
