Excessive Current

You can try taking each pair of wire from each speaker off the amp. Just remove one pair at a time. After you remove it turn the amp back on and see if it reads the same. If it does then reconnect the wire and take off another one, going through them all one by one, pulling one pair off at a time.

No....by dissconneting each channel individually, your can determine if there is a short in one of the speaker lines and identify which one.

If you cycle through each as Darkknight has described, and you have checked other wiring (power/ground) and you still have the problem....then it might indicate that your amp has an internal problem.

Hey thanks for all the comments, actually went through each wire and it was one of the speaker wires that wasnt looking like it was connected right. So i changed the wire completely with a new wire and problem fixed. Im so happy that it wasnt the amp, because it was brand new and if i had to buy a new one it would put a hit on my bank account. Overall thanks John and the other guys for helping me out.
