Its gonna be around 1000-1200 and is expected next month. I cant wait to get it! But I heard its hard to fit cuz of the room we have?? Any one with the older models can confirm the fitment??

 

If its the same dimensions as the AVX1 or AVX2, it will fit with minimal problems (might have to trim a bit off the radio door). Other than that, as long as the dimensions of the box are the same, it should fit fine.

$1000 to $1200....damn...add a monitor and that shit is expensive...nevermind...nice to have but not worth the extra hard earned $$$ and possible decrease in sound quality from my cd8053.....

 

They have one of these on the wall at the circuit city on the berlin turnpike in berlin ct. Sticker is under 600. I saw it for sale when I was doing Xmas shopping and had to buy the girlfreind a new digi camera.

 

Are you sure it wasn't the AVX2?

just was thinking... some of ou have been saying the screen is two small, but it's really the same size as most portable nav systems anyways. 3.5 is the norm for most companies

 

Oh if they look the same it may have been the avx2. It caught my eye cause i thought "wow a head unit with a decent size screen that will fit in the S"
