man, use a coat hanger and pull the wire through with that. All my dad did was to make a very small loop in the hanger and then kinda put the cord on it like you would put a worm on a hook and gently pulled it through. worked like a champ. however he did not find the correct whole the first time. i was a little dissapointed in my old man heheheh
