I love MB Quart speakers, but it didn't take me too long before I realized that most speakers can not be installed in an S without some modifications. My 2 main concern is to maintain the stock look on my car and to avoid any cutting or modding.

Looks like the Reference Series MB Quart has a better chance at fitting in my S compared to the Premium. Anyone have any of these installed in their cars? Did you have to get anything modded to get 'em to fit? Looks like the only difference between the 2 sets below is the woofer anyway, right?

I'm going to get the speakers installed professionally, but want to know what I'm up against before some 16 year old starts hacking at my car
