Got a spare competition grade 4 channel 900 watt amp if anyone is interested. :)
After switching my competition system plans, I no longer require this amp.
Its a brand new GS Redline GS8000 amp, made by Autotek. It is essentially the same
internals as the Autotek Stealth XS.900.4.
please go to www.autotek.net to see the amp and its full list of specs.
Beautiful chromed chasis, digital readout display, surface mounted controls, 1ohm
stereo, 2ohm mono stable, 24 db crossovers, remote bass control, one of the most
powerful and most versatile amps you will find anywhere.
conservatively rated at 4x110, or 2x425@2ohms mono. Simple a power house, and is
good to look at too.
retails for over 800 dollars. I need to sell soon since I just got a gs10000 to play
with.
$350 takes it!

p.s. still doing s2000 sub boxes...managed to get myself an extra set of helping hands so no more delays. boxes built and shipped within 1.5 weeks.

Any nibbles on the amp? It's about time to put something in the Stook that I can actually HEAR as opposed to simply assuming the sound is there. I was planning on something relatively low key....maybe the MB Quart components in the doors/A-pillars (I actually found the RSC 216's for $189) and a 10" sub in the passenger footwell under the dash (if I can find someone in Phoenix to do the install) I'm sure this amp would have no problem handling that. But I didn't really want to go $350 with the amp budget. I know you're already cutting the price pretty significantly, so I can understand if you can't go any lower. And, as I mentioned, I still have to find someone that will do the install and not expect me to buy their overpriced equipment. Ahhh, the joys of car audio upgrades!
By the way, what are your thoughts on speakers and amps in general for the Stook? It sounds like you have a good knowledge of car audio. Thanks for any suggestions you can share.

Hi,
well, its on ebay and at about 212 bucks...but we can work something out.
here are my suggestion on what you are getting, infact, its the same sugestons for everyone. for a good sounding car audio, installation is 95 percent of it, you can get super duper stuff, and have it sound way worse than normal average components.
but your selection so far are good...
this amp will do great to power what you have...
email me at bxu@andrew.cmu.edu if you want to discuss things further.
