Default Help installing Boston Acoustic Pro-Series 6.5

Can anyone offer help on wiring the crossovers and speakers to my car? I'm used to just plugging 2 (+-) speaker wires to the speakers and be done w/ it.

What's this whole crossover thing about and how do you hook it up?

Many thanks.

Its the same thing as what you already know as far as the +/-, just 3 times more.

the crossover ....

Woofer +/- goes to the 6.5 inch driver
Tweeter +/- goes to the tweeter.

And the one that remains goes to the amp. That is all brotha.

Man those BA Pro 6.5s are damn fine speakers. Expensive -- but you get what you pay for.

I KNOW you'll enjoy them!

Yes, as for the speakers, are there any recommended adaptor kits to fit the woofer into the door, because i messed up and let circuit city install then, and OMFG it was by far the crappiest job i have ever seen done, ill save the details but i guess thats what i get for letting those morons touch my car, check this. The cost was going to be 523.99 to install the amp, wires and to install the speakers? Give me a F$&%'n break. Anyways, any suggestions on an adaptor that looks really good?

Oh ya, also, one more thing... the circuit loosers told me that Polk DB's are better speakers than Boston 6.5 pros.....

Polk DBs might be fine speakers, but come on, not on line with BA Pros.

At soundtrack in CO, I heard so many components, and honestly, the only one that could run with the BAs and Infiniti Perfects for cheaper was the Alpine Rs. I almost got the Alpines for sheer value, but the BAs were my personal favorite so I chose them.

can hardly wait to install them and kiss distortion goodbye.

CC is BS in this case.

I wish all you guys lived in my area....I would install everything for free for everyone. I love doing it. Plus, I got the s2k down cold...I can strip this car in under 30 minutes.

$523 dollars to wire speakers, and install an amp.....Hope they used a condom when they were trying to rape you. I wont ever let those a$$wipes touch my car. I only use them for when I need something tested.
