Default help standing S2000

Hello can anyone help me out, I have a 2001 S2000 which has been pretty good, a few years ago I had a bad leg break then I had a few personal issues so in a nut shell I have not used my car for about 18 months during this time the wheels were seized up and the immobiliser and alarm are haywire.
I have managaged to get the wheels free moving, however I am screwed with the alarm and immobiliser problem.
The problem I have is the car won’t start, I’m guessing because the key fobs are now un programed I’ve tried reprograming but doing so sets the alarm off and I don’t know if the alarm is disabled to reset the fobs.
Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed????
Thanks

Cheers for the link, yes I've tried the battery and have recharged it, I have also changed the key fob casting along with the batteries. The internal components are the original.
There is suppose to be a valet button but I can't locate this I don't think they are fitted on the uk cars. I have also been told the alarm sensors are not great so I will be checking these next, if I can find them!!
The main thing is to try and get the key reprogrammed with out the alarm going off.

Cheers
