Hey guys. Just in the middle of installing my new viper with a buddy and not sure where to out the hood sensor. I don't want to put it by the radiator sways by the rubber stops because I feel that will come in the way when I add my cooling plate. Any other suggestions?

 

use a mercury tilt switch mounted to the hood. the supplied pin switch is garbage and will eventually rust causing falses.

 

That is a very good point. I didn't think of that the other day.
