does anyone have a diy on how to install ipod 30 into the centerconsole

 

How custom do you want it? Molded in? or just the cord hangin out to plug it in?

 

I smell a group buy john . Just make a cupholder one! Replaces the lid.. or maybe you can make inside the lid, so it still opens and closes. :0

 

I could do a GB on that type of setup...

 

like a molded inton the cup holder but removeable. that be nice.

 

I can do a custom 1 off for you. You'll need to send me your Ipod and your center console though.

 

Not to take away from John's mad skillz, but this would be a LOT easier:




The cord runs through the hinge, required no cutting or removal of the glovebox and the iPod is held in place by the elastic band.

Works like a charm.

 

It is much cheaper that way
