did you guys get the hardwire kit with the mute button, or just the cable?
I used velcro to attach the remote mute button just under the ac controls. It does not block the radio door.

my remote button is mounted further under the driver's side but in roughly the same location.
in my Si i just bought the hardwire, since it isn't as noisy an environment.
