How Much Fiberfill?
I have a V1 enclosure from William Laurent (darksidesubs.com). The sealed enclosure volume is about 0.38 ft^3. I am using a 10" Alpine Type R sub which performs best within a range of 0.5-0.8 cubic feet (specifically 0.65 cubic feet). How much poly/fiberfill should I use to get within this range? I have two 8.0 oz. bags of fiberfill.
When I use the fiberfill, do I spread it evenly throughout the enclosure?

You won't need much. You should spread it out evenly. The purpose of the fill is to slow the sound waves down a bit. Using the fill makes the box seem larger. So 2 or 3 fistfulls should be enough. Its easier to spread it out evenly if you spray the inside of the box will a light coat of spray adhesive. Like Super 77 or something similar.
